Sony Vaio VPCS111FM laptop powering on issue

I have this Sony Vaio VPCS111FM model laptop with factory installed windows 7 x64 operating system.
The Problem: When i press the power button to turn on the machine, only the power LED and or NUMLK, SCRLK, CapsLK LEDS with flash for eternity but the very machine will never powers up.
Some times it is powering up after few minuets of the blinking and some times it takes hours and sometimes it will never stat at all.
this issue started all of sudden.
but when laptop is poered on it behaves normally, it can even be restarted without any hassle at that time.
i have tried the following to trouble shoot.
1. Removed battery + adaptor cord and pressed and held the power button for a minute to drain the power off ---- it dosent work
2. Tried to power it on with power adapter as the only poer source--- NOt worked
3. Tried with the new original prescribed battery with full charge--NOT worked
4. Did reset of BIOS-NOT Worked
5. Tried to power by keeping DVD drive open
6. Checked with and without each RAM separately---not working
Please find me a solution. I guess lot of others are facing the same problem if any one got a solution please let me know.

The problem falls back on the motherboard.
You're warrenty might be out of service.
