My Laptop info:

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B970 @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB (3,16 GB can still be used)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Type of system: 32-bit

The laptop is also over 2 year old probably 3 by now.

Let's start when I use "render as" or "upload to youtube" options my computer starts overheating as **** it doesn't stop untill the process is finished. Overheating never happens to me unless I use windows movie maker 2012 or sony vegas pro 11 yes the video making programs... but in windows movie maker 2012 it does overheat but nothing compared to sony vegas 11. After I finish with Sony Vegas pro 11 rendering or uploading to youtube the laptop will still cool itself for the rest of the day even if it was shutdowned. It don't know how to fix this please I don't want my laptop to cool itself for the rest of the day. I am not using it today but I used it yesterday (for the first time on this laptop) I used ti three times... Laptop had like 75 celsius when it was rendering on sony vegas pro 11 and it was overheating a lot.

Solution
Often it can be good idea to open it up and blow out any dust, possibly replace the thermal paste.

If the cooling system is fine (just insufficent), then look into getting a laptop cooling stand.
