Sony vegas 13 - files missing can't launch

Basically what happens is that when I try to launch sony vegas 13 from desktop,prog files (anywhere) it gives these errors one after another: http://imgur.com/a/9CwoC

I managed to find (at least one) the problem.Some of my Visual C++s are corrupt. Packages that are corrupt:

* Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistributable - 10.0.40219
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 redistributable - 10.0.40219
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.17
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 redistributable (x64)
* Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 redistributable

When I try to uninstall them I get this error: http://imgur.com/7sELhA7

Problem here is that it doesn't have access pat to VC_red.msi file. I've tried to use programs that help find programs and their paths. I found one .msi file but it is wrong file for all of the above.

So is there a way to fix this problem?
