Sony Vegas Crashing after GC Driver Update

For the release of Dark Souls 3 I had to update my GC driver, and ever since I have Sony Vegas keeps crashing immediately at start up. I literally press the icon and get a notification that it crashed, and this has only began to happen since I've updated my driver, anything prior or post the update I can't think of that would have drastically changed it. Any solutions? Could it be my antivirus stopping it?

I've tried BOTH Sony Vegas 12 and 13 and neither work.

Hello... 1) if you right click the hardware device in Device Manager, you could get a option to "ROLL back the Driver" to previous one.
2) If you have a recent 'restore point" created before the driver/software upgrade, try that for a quick fix.
