All,
Assume i've got two units A and B. I plan to take a SC occupied by an
opponent with unit c.
I order
a-c
b s a-c
he orders
c-b
What will happen here?
Can c cut the support and therefore save himself?

a-c succeeds, and c is dislodged. c can't retreat to the space a came from.

NO! he can't. He can try, but it won't work. He can't cut
the support of an attack on himself. UNLESS he has unit
d which can order
d s c-b
THEN, a-c works, and c-b works, and b is dislodged.
That make sense?
