If it fits in the slot it's fine, if not it could be damaged. Maybe if you could post a pic it'd be easier to say for sure.

Jes. A picture would be helpful. Though, if RAM can be lumpy, I'm now wondering what else might be considered "lumpy" in computer components. What about audio? Could it, too, be a lil' lumpy? How could we be sure? 😵

It looks like the pc board went thru the cutter the wrong way (notice similar transition above FURY) although otherwise it looks uniform, so the main thing is as long as all the connectors connect and the RAM seats evenly in the socket (and by the look of the cut, it should) and of course if it works, you should be good to go. Now I didn't look up this brand to see if that particular pc cut is deliberate or not, all the RAM i've ever dealt with has all been straight edge at the terminals.
