Solution
Okay - that is a fair start.

But there is much more involved than just connecting cables from power sources to fans.

Read other links and look for diagrams and photographs to help.

Even if your English is not the best (and likely far better than what I could achieve with any language) you must take the time and make the effort to plan out cooling system.

Read your case documentation and plan where the fans need to be. And if you need longer fan cables for power then get those cables.

Here is a link to the English language version of your motherboard's User Manual...

Provide some additional information.

What do you expect to do or plan to do with respect to fan controls?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age condition?

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full?

Case: make and model?

Make and model controller? This one?

What you need to do is to read the applicable documentation for motherboard, controller, fans (Arctic) and case to determine what devices and fan configurations are supported.

I would not recommend a three way splitter as your image suggests.

The documentation (User Guides/Manuals) may or may not support your plans.

And there may be other warnings and risks involved with the fan arrangements, power demands, and associated controls.

[Note: Verify that I found the correct manual and then look the the version in your language.]

In the English version Pages 12 and 13 show where the fan connections can be made.

There are three fan headers available and labeled as SYS_FAN. 1/2/3. You may be able to use those connectors directly.

Read the yellow triangle warnings.
