[SOLVED] sorry something went wrong

everytime I log into windows it tells me to make a pin and every time it says sorry something went wrong does anyone have any ideas

Is Windows asking you to setup a PIN or enter a PIN to login?

A PIN is an option instead of using a password.

More information needed - what is the specific window and response being presented?
