ok I recently had a short circuit in my PSU where all my fans stopped spinning too even after getting a new power supply form corsair.

my motherboard is dead. I see the splash screen but no fans spin up.

can I know if it is only my motherboard which is dead or my ram too?

I might have to make a enw pc now and need to know if my ram or my graphic card are dead?

also is it true that if they are dead and i put them in the new pc, the pc will short circuit because of it too?

All you can do is give it a try - you could take it to a techie or a shop and have them test - if the DRAM is dead it shouldn't have ill effects on a new mob
