Here's hoping they leak and cost them thousands for this move. Lol. Not that I could afford one anyways even at whatever msrp but it gets old watching all the products amd releases that are really good but only available to oem. But I guess it's a necessary evil for them to get oem market share.

I think it's more a case of AMD not having enough chips to make this a retail product. Instead, they'll supply it to system integrators that can charge $5,000 for a custom PC. The people with more money than sense. "Take my money already!"

This card has all the markings of DIY user written all over it. It's a shame it's not available directly from AMD to all the DYI users that have helped keep the company afloat when it was making FX series CPUs.

Well dyi users would not buy this for the insane price. So it does not matter actually. And limited run also means it would be meaningless even if it would be released. Super binned, extremely few gpu chips will be good enough for this products. So if you can buy $10000 gpu you can buy $15000 premaid pc so you can get this gpu in anyway and build new computer around it if you like.
