Sort of lag / strutter in all games.

Hi,
I built up my pc 3 weeks ago, and when i play games (Online and Offline) , there a strange lag / strutter that appears offenly every 30/45 sec.
Exemple :
- On BF4, i have a little lag, and my character walk without advance for 1 sec
- On Fifa, same lag, and after that, the game gp back to normal with an acceleration, like a lag
- On Natural Selection 2, i have a strutter for 2 sec when i attack someone, not always
ect...
I really don't know where this come from, and my last spec doesn't have this lags, that why i think it's not the network.

GPU : PNY GeForce GTX 760, 2 Go
SSD Samsung Série 840 EVO, 120 Go, SATA III (Windows)
ATA WDC WD10EADS-22M SCSI Disk Service (Games)

Yes, i also have test the beta drivers, same result.

You have an Haswell CPU then you can try those games on your iGPU.
just check those games on your onboard graphics,
If there is no problem with the onboard graphics then there is some issue with your dedicated GPU.

Same problem in BF4 with the iGPU...
