I'm booting up my new computer for the forst time, the only problem is that nothing is displaying on my monitor, I have a thermalchaser mk1, a geforce gtx 960, a 970 gaming motherboard. Looking at the computer upon startup, the graphic's card signiture light isn't on, but the fans are moving every 2-3 seconds. I forgot to mention, the motherboard/case doesn't have any hdmi cable plug ins. Please help me, as I've been googling this nonstop for the past 2 hours.

If I understood it right, your PC is not booting, if that is the case then there is surely some hardware faults, firstly try removing the APU and reinstalling it properly in the right way, if this does not help try reinstalling the APU and the ATX power connector once. Lastly if the problem is not resolved do get in touch with a certified hardware engineer, hopefully the APU or the Motherboard needs to be replaced.
do you have everything hooked up right? everything has power that needs power?

if the card is not starting up, this suggests to me that it does not have the power it needs. a 960 usually uses a 6 or 8 pin pcie power connection. do you have connected to the card (whichever one it needs)?

the case nor motherboard should have any video connections since the only thing that gives a video signal is the gpu you have installed.
