Sound activated sunlight stick?

Hi all, I recently put together my first build, and only just came across a question that I wasn't able to find an answer to. What I want to do is have a sunlight stick (and/or possibly other LEDs) flash with music. I know it's very easy to do this with cold cathodes, but I haven't found anything pertaining to LEDs and I would rather use these. Thanks for the help, you've already answered many of my questions!

It's something really hard to do you may want to ask someone that did it. Look at some videos on youtube and message them ... there's not a lot of people that did this so that may be the only way.
