Sound all gone

Hi

I have the latest windows 10 and i have lost all sound. But my system says my realtek audio driver is up to date. I have tried everything, uninstalling them reinstalling them nothing has worked. I have even downloaded the latest realtek driver off their website and still no luck.

What are you using for sound ? Headphones, speakers, Digital converter, USB device, what ?

Yes, please tell us the specifics of your PC including all hardware and the audio devices that you are trying to get to work.

My laptop is an asus x555la using i7 core processor. I am having trouble with the realtek system. But i now keep getting a blue screen and stuck at 100% i hard reset it but can't get into safe mode. I manage to get to my desktop but shortly after that another blue screen and so on.
