[SOLVED] sound and microphone no longer work after Realtek driver update, Dont appear in sound settings

My audio and microphone both stopped working after i updated my realtek audio drivers.
Now it doesnt give any audio or have a working mic. I looked in sound settings and they werent there, i have it set to show disconnected and disabled devices, still nothing.

I dont have the option to rollback drivers, and i just cant find it any of the devices. i ran the troubleshooter and it said nothing was wrong. help

yep this issue started for me this morning

after hours spent on this issue, i found Intel smart sound technology audio controller in the device manager which i uninstalled and now my sounds works fine

PC or Laptop? Uninstall it and download it from realtek drivers website
