Question Sound/ audio not working

Hey guys, hope ur doing well. My laptop has a problem with it's audio. I can hear the audio whenever I play games, but I don't hear them normally in stuff like youtube. Headphones don't work, but my bluetooth speaker works. How can I fix this?

Make and model of your laptop? An SKU will help us two fold. You might also want to see which version of BIOS you're currently on and if you have any updates pending. Also check and see which version for your OS you're currently on.
