Question Sound audio problem

So I basically cant tell direction of sound on video games. I have a Steel series artic 5 headset when playing counter strike i cant direction of sounds or footsteps. Ive went into the headset earphone properties and tried the audio test to test your left and right earphones and audio comes out of both me earphones when i do the test. there is no left sound and right sound. Ive tried uninstalling my audio drivers and reinstalling them and no help. PLEASE someone help me out. I want to be able to hear direction of sounds in games thank you

ive also tried different headset and still the same problem
