Hi, the issue i have is when I lock my computer and then unlock it the sound balancing on my headphone shift.
I am using Razer Kraken 7.1s with Razer synapse 2.0 - I know this is a windows 8.1 issue.
When unlocking the sound levels in one ear drop by 10 - i.e. if my sound level is 34, when unlocking the computer and i go into the sound settings for my headphones one ear is 34 whereas the other is 24.
Could someone tell why this is and if there is any way of fixing this issue as it is quite annoying when listening to music or playing games having to first go into my sound settings to re-adjust.
