Hi,
I am likely to buy one soundbar where specs say frequency response 100Hz - 20KHz.
As such I already have good quality Altec Lansing speakers that I connect to my audio interface.
Sometimes I play electric guitar using windows amp simulator called Guitar rig 5 thru my audio interface.

So I was wondering if I give output of my audio interface to this soundbar and play low E note on guitar whos frequency is I suppose somewhere about 84Hz, will I not hear it at all?

How to interpret sound bar frequency response?
Thanks

You may, you may not. Likely you will but it will be relatively quiet. I'm also certain the sound bar isn't flat within its claimed frequency range - it's probably down 3db, maybe even 5 or more at 100Hz. How can you interpret them? Assume they're lies, like power ratings on amps before regulation.

with equalizer you can bump up low frequency dB, so it wont be that flat..but still speakers claiming 100+ Hz wont do any bass at all, and would be bad at mid range aswell as those are usualy paired with subwoofer which does bass
(slightly improved TV speakers)

hmm..if i look at my center speaker specs which can do some bass and kicks, it has 32Hz-53kHz range, but it still doesnt produce low frequencies as subwoofer would do.
around 100-120Hz its actualy fine on it, but say claimed 32-50Hz doesnt produce earthquake effects at all

Every speaker or enclosure has a different response curve.
MOST speakers fall off on the low end dramatically.
So although it might play that low the volume would be very low.
A little reading and explanation.
