[SOLVED] Sound Blaster Audigy 5/RX cable connection ?

I did an upgrade on my RAM today, but. When I reconnected the cable to the back of the soundcard. I got a buzz. I know that means something is connected wrong. I connected it to the 3.5" connector at the top of the card.

I have been looking on Creative's website for the instruction manual.

Any ideas'?
