Sound blaster audio suddenly low and terrible quality

Audio is all the sudden low and bad quality. I have a sound blaster zx. The audio suddenly went out so I restarted my computer and when I loaded it back up the audio was low and bad quality.

Do you want to try to connect your speakers or headphones to the rear left and right channel output port, select 5.1 speakers on the application and play audio.

If the audio output on the rear left and right channels output port sounds fine, the DAC on the sound card may be faulty.

I have a faulty Sound Blaster Z. It was caused by an incorrect connection between the speakers and the sound card.

I have crackling and buzzing audio from the front left right channels output of the sound card but the rear left and right channels output of the sound card are working fine.
