" a slightly delay like 0.5secs/1secs"
Often delays in audio are introduced when audio features or effects are turned on.
Turn off ALL special effects and features for the audio and you may find your problem is gone.
Thanks for the reply as i said above the problem goes away when I turn OFF the Surround setting :/
The surround setting is the only effect that i have ON.
I said all... that includes the surround mode you're using.
To really help we need more info about your sound setup...
Are you using 2.1 speakers? 5.1 speakers? (or more 7.1, 7.2)
Do you have your sound system connected to a reciever?
What I really need to know is what are you using for your audio output?
Coax?
Optical?
3.5 mm headphone jack?
or
3.5mm headphone jack (x3 for surround)
If you use Coax or Optical audio outputs the only time you can get real surround sound is by watching a DVD, bluray or other source with a real dolby digital 5.1 or DTS 5.1 encoded audio stream. All other surround using these audio output methods is a virtual (fake) surround sound. (Note: There may be a program to encode a 5.1 game into a real, usable dolby digital or DTS signal in real time but if it exists I'm not aware of it.)
If you use one 3.5mm jack then it's the same as above except dolby digital and DTS will not give you surround sound. The only type of surround your system is capable of is an virtual (fake) surround sound. So all surround using this method is fake and should be disabled because you just can't get surround sound from 2 speakers.
If you use three or more 3.5mm jacks then you are setup with the best way to receive surround sound from a computer. If you are setup with surround using this method then turn off your virtual surround effects (in sound blaster) and enable the surround mode in game (not all games have a 5.1 mode).
