Hi, doing some upgrading and using up some old cards Graphics, Audio?
I got everything working and wanted to know about an issue with the headphone out of the Z SBX card win 10 pro?
I installed with the enclosed disk, every works except the headphone out on the card?
The properties shows movement in the headphone icon, but no sound on the output jack to headphones?
Looking up the issue it seems others have had issue with this on win 10 some with updates some w/o

I'd like to know if I should just keep the original drivers or can someone who's had this issue pin point to a work around?

I can live without the headphone out because the main outs are working and I don't want to brick the card with faulty software?

Thanks.

Is this the soundcard you're working with? If so, might want to source the drivers from here;
https://support.creative.com/downloads/DriverDetails.aspx?driverID=100336
and then install the driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I would advise that your motherboard BIOS is on the latest version prior to tinkering/installing drivers.

Moved thread from Components section to Home Audio & Theater section.

I pulled my SBZ card out a long time ago. Sound cards had a place when onboard audio was terrible. Also it is a PCIe 1 card which is disappearing from motherboards altogether. My x870 does not have one. There are PCIe 1 --- PCIe4 adapters available... Realtec for my old behind works well enough. Driver support ended for the SBZ at windows 10. Bye, bye SBZ.

Howdy, just a quick update, thanks for link @Lutfij , I was able to track down an updated driver/software pk.
The headphone issue now works, and looks like they updated a gui for the interface.

I also got an Audigy 2ZS card to work in an upgraded win 7 machine? Funny thing this old card sounds
better than some of the newer models that I have. Who new?
Cheers.
