Sound Blaster ZX Sound Card

Good Afternoon All,

Hope this finds you well.

I am wondering if there is any way to input some form of Aptx Bluetooth to this sound card or docking system. So connecting a Bluetooth device which would then be heard via the card or by passing the card. Going through the card and any chance of the audio signal coning back out would be preferable but literally any way of making it happen would be very much appreciated.

Windows has full support for many Bluetooth devices such as microphones and the like. There is no way to interface a bluetooth device directly to the Sound card, but if you were to use a bluetooth microphone the SB card should have no problem outputting it just like a directly connected mic.

to be honest I am not trying anything tropical, just being able to stream from hand held devices to the PC, then out of the PC by the SB would be handy for the headphone improvement alone.

So any and all advice would be great. Running Windows 10 with a Maximus Hero VIII motherboard.

So you're trying to stream video or music from the device to the PC? You can just connect them via bluetooth and read the data from the device on your PC. Then the PC will output it.

I'm not sure what else you would be trying to do.
