Sound card and Headphone for deaf person

Hello, I am seeking a sound card and a good budget headphone that have good bass and treble sound to my ear.

I am around 60% deaf on both ear and using BTE (behind the ear) hearing aids device for me to hear the world. I want to have a sound card that came with headphone amp and a headphone that is hearing aid friendly and without using the hearing aids.

You should not need a sound card but you would want an amp.

For headphones, you would want a large over the ear type, even then you may have issues with a hearing aid. Go to some stores and check them out. Most of the ones online with large ear cups are in the $200 range.
