sound card doing some annoying noises on recording

hey ,
so i just had this problem with my motherboard soundcard that i had to buy a new one(sound card) but the problem now is that when i want to record something there is an annoying noise like (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) xD for ever and never stop , i tried 3 different headset's but i have same problem in all of them so it's not a headset problem .....
any ideas will be appreciated thx

It might be that there is a lot of electricity is going through the sound card. I really have no idea.

Maybe you should make sure your drivers are up to date. You said its your motherboard sound card right?

If you have some money you could add a new sound card if you have a slot available on your motherboard.

I think your dealing with: sound card "coil whine"

thank you for your replay ,
but i said i bought a new sound card not an onboard one
and i only hear the buzzing when plugging that rose jack , if it's not plugged everything is normal, and of course that buzzing only heard after the recording :/ when i record i don't hear anything !
