Sound Card is broken and when ever I speak regardless of microphone

A few months ago I went to fix my computer because I could only hear a buzzing noise on my computer and nothing Else. Currently I can hear everyhing except the soundcard is broken because regardless of the microphone used, there is an extreme buzzing noise and everyone listening to it has their eardrums dying. No one can understand me through this so i had to listen myself through the "hear microphone" option on windows and it was very bad. Is there anyway i can fix the soundcard wthout using as much money as possible. I do not have any money.

The problem is the PC Not the microphone.

Try blowing out the ports on the card and checking the slot it is in. Make sure it is plugged in all the way.

You might also want try re-installing the driver for the sound card.
