Greetings. I've been having an issue recently where my computer is not detecting my sound card.
In Device Manager, the only thing that shows up (even with hidden devices enabled) is an AMD High Definition Audio Device. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool doesn't show anything for the sound card either.
I've attempted downloading drivers from my manufacturer's motherboard site, but Realtek doesn't even install anything (no HDA folders, only RtlUpd64 executables.) I've also tried using the 'Add legacy hardware' option, yet it only crashes. I've also tried multiple BIOS resets, and nothing seems to do anything. I don't have any system restore points since I must've seemingly removed it on accident.
