Which one is the best for music and movies? I am not going to use it for gaming as i have got a headset for that.

The cards I suggested are marketed as gaming cards but in my experience with the XFi cards they produce music exceptionally well. But, if you don't need the hoopla or extras, then I might suggest this:

I have no first hand experience with the ASUS cards, sorry. I have read reviews over the years, and ASUS and Creative seem to be about equal for sound quality- music, movies, and games.
