Sound card worth it?

Hi, At the moment i have a Z77 Asrock Extreme4 motherboard and looking to get a sound card. i had the Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D PCI-E Sound Card in mind since it was on sale for $69. Is it worth? Would i notice a huge difference? My speakers are a logitech x530 and a Razer Chimaera wireless headset.

Are you doing music editing or NEED the best quality sound? Unless you really have to have the best and do music work its generally not worth it. The on board sound is good enough in almost all cases.
