Sound Cards

I have recently purchased a pair of Astro A40's.

Unfortunately my motherboard does not have Dolby Digital Live.

Can anyone suggest to me a good sound card that supports my headphones and has Dolby Digital Live?

Price range is <$300

ASUS Xonar Essence ST supports Dolby Digital Live.

Not quite sure if it meets the A40 website spec of Kessel Run Distance: Under 12 Parsecs
Pretty sure it meets all the other requirements

the asus xonar Dx 7.1 is a great card

The ST is totally overkill for a pair of Astro A40's. Wouldn't recommend higher then an ASUS Xonar DX.
