[SOLVED] Sound constantly muting and unmuting

I've been having a sound issue this past month, where a sound bar at the top left corner of my screen appears and showing my sound muting and unmuting. Recently it started to get so bad that its impossibe to listen to anything, It will mute and unmute into rapid bursts, it seems like its not consistent when it happens.

I tried reinstalling my Realtek audio driver and disabling. Also tried downloading the drivers off their website. The problem still continues even if I unplug my speakers and headphones or speakers.

The issue persists even if i take out all sound and plug in my mp3 earphones into the front of the pc case.

I reinstalled windows 10 four times, Even bought a new cpu motherboard and psu.
The problem persists.

keyboard mute button stuck? something which has the ability to control mute/unmute is interfering

OMG, imagine if you are right.... I have a k70 RGB so i have gone into settings and disabled that button.
