Sound decreases automatically

I have a HP laptop with windows 10. Even I am having the same problem as the one stated by Nikhil Arora. The volume goes down to zero gradually. Provide me with a solution for this problem.

Windows may have encountered a strange occurrence which automatically lowers the sound when you run certain games or programs. Have you gone into your sound config window and in the communications tab choose do nothing ?

Yes I have tried choosing the "do nothing" option from the sound configuration window. But it didnt fixed the problem.

Go to playback, right click on your default device, properties, enhancements, disable all sound effects. Please let us know all things you have tried so we don't give you suggestions you've tried already

I have the same problem. Please keep giving recommendations. I have tried the above solutions as well and am still having the problem.

I had the same issue and I resolved it by changing the frequency for that device back to the default.
