Sound devices make wierd loud noises with SoundBlaster Recon3Di

Hi there,
I have recently built my own computer with a G.1 Sniper Gigabyte motherboard with a Sound Blaster Recon3Di. The first time i plugged a speaker or headset into it there were already some buzzing noises. That is not the main problem for me but might be related. The main problem is after a month or so, i switched on my computer and the windows load sound was all wierd and loud with electronic high pitch wob wob sounds. I then played a song and its all loud and wierd and scary most of all. Well that is the problem i am asking here and i really hope you guys could give me some advices on it cuz sometimes i can revert it by restarting the comp, or disable the sound devices, but well right now disabling the sound devices aren't working so far.

i have same problem, gigabyte sniper z87, its pretty uncommon but really annoying when it happens. if you find solution please tell me.
