Sound devices not detected, Realtek drivers no longer installed

I turned on my pc today and my headphones and microphone are no longer being detected and realtek drivers no longer say they're installed in device manager. I have tried reinstalling and they still aren't showing up, any ideas on how to fix this?

Where would I find this in bios? From what I can see how audio controller is enabled

yeah it was enabled, I tried disabling and enabling again but didn't work

Yes, they plug in PCI/PCIe ports mostly. Or you could get am external one. USB for instance.
