Sound Driver Issue?

Since upgrading to Windows 10, I now have more sound drivers than I used to. I have the Realtek ones that I actively use, and I also have another pair of sound drivers called "Apowersoft_AudioDevice". I have no idea what it does, where it comes from, or if it was there before upgrading since I had no problems until I upgraded. Now, since the update, my whole computer's sound will shut off randomly about an hour or two into booting. I used to fix it by restarting the computer, but I found that if I disable my realtek sound driver, re-enable it, and restart my programs, it restores sound to my pc. I have also tested and found that the same does not happen to my microphone driver. I have tried uninstalling the Apowersoft drivers, but upon rebooting they return. How can I fix this? Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I don't even know if it's a driver issue or this new panel that is in my system tray since the update:

"Apowersoft_AudioDevice" appears to belong to an application known as "Virtual Sound Card" by Apowersoft. Search for it in Programs and Features, and uninstall it if you don't use it.

Thank you, it wasn't from Virtual Sound Card, but it was from another program I had from years ago from Apowersoft. I feel pretty dumb not checking that first lol thanks.
