Sound driver problem

HI I want to ask that i installed a new windows xo on my pc but now i see error on the audio driver and when i try to install drivers it goes till end and the pc restarts and while troubeshooting it says no sound hardware found while it was working well before. Please help!

What is your motherboard model? I think the audiohardware chip on your motherboard has stopped functioning.

The problem is my Pc is too old and i dont know where to find the model its p4 and i think almost 6 years old
