Question Sound driver problem

i just bought a new gaming laptop (Dell g3 3500)
i installed the windows 10 and the driver but at the end of the work , the sound is not working and in the sound screen there is this sign (❌)

Where did you source the installer for your OS? What version of Windows 10 are you on? The audio drivers for your laptop can be found here. You should install your audio drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Have you downloaded Audio driver from Dell's site?
