Hello, my main board is mercury pig31z and i am using windows 7 64 bit ultimate version , and i need sound driver

That's a not known brand. But I find your audio codec is from Realtek. http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=23&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false.
The drivers is at the top list.
