Sound from the back panel of a MSI Z97 Gaming 5 sounding like a Sega Genesis.

The Genesis comparison is not intended to be click baity. It's literally the best comparison I have to explain how it's sounding. It happened after I changed SATA and connected some of my other HDDs after I moved to another city. I have another topic at storage, cause one of my HDDs started to kinda not work. I took a while to realize sound also went crazy, I believe, cause I hadn't put my headphones on since I had this more glaring problem about the HDD not being recognized. If you're interested/curious, thats the topic:

It is downright impossible to understand voices and listen to music with this. I'm sorry but I've no other way of explaining how it's sounding, except for "like a Sega Genesis". I tried with and without the Power Audio thing on (before, it was on). I've no idea what to do.

Update: I was thinking it was probably hardware related, the computer was set up on an old case, mobo wasn't exactly flat. So I decided to take it away from there. Replug it all. Some pins are kinda bent behind it. Tried straightening it a bit afterwards. Sound is A LOT better now. But still with static, rustling noises. But at least I can hear voices etc, instead of cyborgs like before.
