Sound goes completely off - bf3

guys i'm having this very annoying bug where sometimes in m a MP game i hear a small boom and then my sound goes completely off. i'v tried on turning it back on from the task bar, but instead it shows me like i'm hearing to the max, and when i press the equalizer i see that the bf3 volume is all the way up. also on every end of the game, the sound goes back on in the "award ceremony" and on the next round goes off again. the only way of fixing this is to re-launch the game.
i also use the realtek audio card, so if anyone has anything, please tell me.

if you are using realtek hd audio aur any inbuilt audio card, then disable it and buy a cheap audio card from the market.
Use it and disable the inbuilt audio device by uninstalling the drivers ...
This should fix your prob.
