Sound Interference on new board

Hello all. Just upgraded my system and I am getting some weird noise on my headset. When I am gaming I can't hear it because the sound drowns it out but when all is quiet I can sure enough hear my hard drive working/moving around through my headphones. I have a fresh install of windows 7 and all my drivers are up to date. Any idea what is going on? This isn't a deal breaker here, just annoying.

I actually have the same problem , would be interested to hear if you had a solution for this.

It seems the majority of my noise comes from data dload and transfer
