Question Sound Issue. Each half second a TIK in the background

Hello,

i bought myself a new rig in December last year:

• AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
• Cooler Master MasterWatt 750
• Gigabyte X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING
• Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega64 8G HBM2 Radeon RX Vega 64 8GB High Bandwidth Memory (HBM)
• Sharkoon TG5 Blue
• Team Group DDR4 Vulcan 2x8GB 3000
• ASUS Soundcard Xonar AE
• Razer Tiamat 7.1 Chroma v2
• Samsung 970 EVO - 500GB M2

Now during gaming or movies or everything i do, after some time when have expierenced a bit of bass, i hear each half second a Tik. Tik, Tik Tik Tik Tik Tik, getting me nuts. I also hear in the background a buzzzzzz doing nothing just loaded a game and gives me a Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Can anybody help me whit that please, because this is not normal and dont know how to fix this. Tik tik tik tik tik tik 🙁 Exchange Soundcard? Exhange headphones? Is expansive for me.
