What's up, Tech fanatics...
I don't really know if this is the right topic to put this thread, but recently I've been having the problem that Windows 10 keeps reducing volume, whenever something loud is coming up... For an example: I'm on Google Chrome, watching YouTube, and I decide to go listen to a Dubstep-song on YouTube. The first minute the sound is really loud, just the way I like it, but then when the drop comes, the sound reduces itself to like half his original volume. And the weirder thing is: When I go to 'Playback Devices' and 'Volume Mixer': Everything is maxed out, even though it's clearly not... And I don't only have the problem in Chrome, also in IE, Firefox, Media Player, Winamp, VLC etc. Like, what's happening??
I've already tried the standard suggestions, i.e.: Uninstalling Skype, disabling all sound effects, disable both exclusive mode-settings, set the quality to 24bits 192000 Hz..
I'm using Sennheiser CX-300 II-earbuds, which are attached to the front panel of my PC, which aren't the problem, because on my Android-phone the volume keeps the same. Standard Realtek-soundcard on my ASUS M5A78L-M LX3-motherboard.
Thanks in advance
