sound keeps stopping

everytime i plug it in it works for like 10 minutes then it just stops and i need to plug it in at the back of the pc then it works again for 10 minutes, this keeps repeating itself, i checked if there are driver updates but there aren't. im using turtle beach shadow headset

Does that happen when you use the Shadow headset on another computer or audio device?

Any power saving settings being applied somewhere?

And you might just reinstall the existing driver - current driver installation may be corrupted.

it happens with my boxes too, i will try reinstall, power settings are on high performance
