Question Sound not reaching maximum, getting only to about 50% on volume mixer

So, ive maxed out sound in multiple apps and websites, including, games, youtube, windows itself of course, volume mixer, realtek manager. Green bar, even on stuff that should blow your ears out, never went over 50-60%. I have tried reinstalling drivers, trying another set of headphones, using both back and front audio ports. Loudness equalization helps, but it isnt option, cause, well, it makes everything sound the same and lose its ''depth''. Any help? Can provide further information if asked!

Forgot to mention, after disabling hardware acceleration in spotify, its the only app that can reach that 100% mark, no equalizer. Tried disabling hardware acceleration overall in regedit, didnt help.
