Sound not working after installing graphics card

I installed an evga gt 960 card onto my windows 10 computer and now sound is not working.

I tried disabling the nvidia driver in device manager and still the option to choose my headset (through the pink and green ports on the back) has not appeared.

What do I do?

Let the driver enabled. You need to select the default sound device for playback in Windows control panel, Sounds.

The sound device I want to set as default isn't showing under Sounds.
