Question Sound peripherals problem

Hello guys, im using below sound peripherals with my Windows 10 desktop :

-Some standard 2.1 logitech speakers
-Razer Navi ultimate headset

I was perfectly capable of chosing the audio output device as normal.

Recently purchased Sound BlasterX Katana soundbar and after setting it up i noticed that my computer is confused and keeps switching between my audio devices non stop. It cycles between my speakers/soundbar/headset/monitor non-stop.

I completely removed the speakers and left only soundbar and headset but the same problem persists.

Uninstalled / reinstalled all drivers, ran Windows sound troubleshoots and same problem persists.

Any possible fix idea ?

How are you connecting the soundbar to the computer? I would start with SB support to see what they say, and if possible test the soundbar on another computer with several other devices.

Same problem occurs either way, bluetooth or USB
