[SOLVED] Sound problem, help me out boyss pls

Hello guys, i got some sound problem, i tried everything but without result, pls help me! My pc dont read the headphones jack, i tried to buy another headset but its the same problem..Ive got sound only when i introduce the headphones jack in monitor (but the volume of sound is so bad and i cant use my microphone). Literally i dont know what to do, in taskbar at sound i cant change anything, its like blocked on ZOWIE XL NVIDIA HD AUDIO..the only and one choice. Did some1 got the same problem or do u know what i have to do? Pls, ive got this problem from 1month ago and still the same. PLS HELP ME OUT! i`ll attached some pictures with this problem

Hello!
Are you sure the headphones jacks are working on your PC? Have you tried plugging them in directly in the motherboard and not in the front IO? Latest drivers installed? You can check if there's an issue in Device Manager, or simply buy a headset that connects via USB.

Yes, i tried to plugg them in the motherboard but it`s the same problem like in the front..I tried right now to reinstall drivers and there we go, error.

What sound card do you have on board your computer?

Realtek and motherboard MSI B450 GAMING PLUS. But i tried to reinstall drivers and i cant because it shows me this error [url=https://imgur.com/a/127qgKd]https://imgur.com/a/127qgKd[/url] I dont know what is deep sleep mode..Have u ever heard about it and how to check?

Hm, that's weird. To be honest, I'd expect everything from Windows 10 nowadays, Microsoft are really starting to slack with optimisation. A few months ago I turned my PC on and Windows automatic repair decided that I don't have a boot drive, so I had to swap the SATA cables of my HDD and SSD.
My point being, it can be something silly and on Windows' part.
As for the drivers, try a few different versions.

Try going in to power settings and change it to high performance mode and reset. I know that will turn off any power savings programs. It might help.

If I were you, I'd do a clean Windows installation, see if the problem is persistent after installing drivers and everything else. If that doesn't work, then use the warranty on the parts. Had a laptop before that was using iGPU randomly when I first got it rather than the Nvidia one and my games were really laggy, after reinstalling the Windows myself the problem went away.
