SOUND PROBLEM,help me please!!!!!!

I have a problem with a pop up sound

Actually the trouble is when i play any game,a pop up sound comes and the display goes but still the game is working(I can hear the sound).I have to press alt+tab and I come to desktop and when i click again on the game symbol the game starts with audio as well as display but after some time again the same thing is happening!!! this happens when i am in desktop too(like during folder navigation or browsing).This sound is annoying like tanan-tanan.I hate this and I am not able to play peacefully please help me!!!!!

gigabyte GA-lmt-s2
HDD 250 GB seagate
Zotac GTX 650 Ti 1GB synergy edition GC
Samsung syncmaster 2033 monitor

go into the device manager and disable any sound drivers you're not using. don't let windows reinstall after any boot ups.

man, its not working. The sound still comes and the display goes off and on again and again. Please provide me with some solution! please anybody out there.
